RedZebra was founded by Managing Director, Oliver Macdonald, all they way back in 1994.
Which makes us a grand age of 20 years old this summer!
Inspired by the Confucius philosophy:
Tell Me and I Will Forget,
Show Me & I May Remember,
Involve Me and I Will Understand.
…and through his love of music and percussion in his early twenties, Oliver decided to start a company that used creativity as a catalyst for change.
Since the early days Oliver has worked with more than one million people across six continents: from street children to royalty, grass roots charities to the world’s biggest brands.
Working with Amazing Clients
In 1998 we started working with the huge drinks brand Diageo and have since become a Global Preferred Supplier for the company, partnering with them to deliver their Leadership Programme as well as working with them to create high impact events and conferences.
Today we work with huge brands on a range of Leadership and Development programmes for companies such as Coca Cola, O2 and Royal Mail.
There have been many highlights along the way. One standout occasion for Oliver was the chance to perform at St James’s Palace for Prince Charles.
